Having worked for 7 years in a clinical sleep laboratory, and over 15 years working in sleep research, Dr Charlotte Edelsten (Sleep Specialist and Human Movement Scientist) now runs private sleep clinics where she advises, assesses, and diagnoses individuals with a wide range of sleep problems and disorders. She works alongside a team of colleagues – from physiotherapists to GPs to nutritionists to ‘prescribe’ quality sleep.
As one of several researchers responsible for running an annual study during the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, Charlotte has significant knowledge with regards to the impact of sleep deprivation on athletic performance.
